Like the Righteous Brothers said/sang years ago, " You are my soul and my inspiration"....or as Bette says, "You are the wind beneath my wings"....I am so proud of you and what you are doing. You said you are out of you comfort zone. I am in awe of you...and I mean it when I say that you have encouraged me to GET MOVING! THANK YOU! Just before I came home this afternoon, I made a date to walk at 7:00 am on Monday and for every AM with a new girlfriend who also wants to get fit!
